Refunds
Canada Nord Academy does not provide refunds after enrollment. Once a student starts, fees begin processing, including setting up the student account and academic record, assigning course access and instructors, and completing required administrative work.
Course Transfers
If you selected the wrong course, you may request one transfer within seven calendar days of the original enrollment date, provided no coursework has been submitted, you meet the prerequisites and the requested course is available.
How to Request a Transfer
Email admissions@nordeducation.com with the student name, current course, requested course and original enrollment date.
