Available Post-Secondary Services

As an Ontario secondary school, Canada Nord Academy may assist eligible students with updating their courses and grades via the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC), as well as updating their Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) accounts.

Canada Nord Academy is also a registered UCAS center. For students applying to UK universities and linking their applications to CNA, we can update required academic marks, attach reference letters and submit applications to UCAS on their behalf.

CNA guidance is also here to communicate with out-of-province or international academic institutions.

Students are encouraged to share their plans with our Guidance Team early on to ensure that we can work as quickly as possible to help them reach their goals. Typically, a minimum of two weeks’ advance notice is required for the issuance of transcripts, enrolment letters and reference letters. Upon students’ request, we may send these documents to designated institutions either electronically or via courier. Certain services incur additional administrative fees, such as the rush transcript service (5 business days) priced at CAD$80. Third-party charges including courier fees may also apply. However, we do our best to make sure that we provide the most cost-effective solutions for our students wherever possible.
