- Proctoring Options - Remote or on-campus proctoring
- Clear Expectations - Know the format and weighting in advance
Requirements
Exams must be scheduled and completed within your 12-month enrollment window. They are supervised in person or via live remote proctoring, require government-issued photo ID, and take roughly 3 to 5 business days to grade after completion.
Scheduling and Deadlines
- Timeline: All examinations must be booked and taken prior to the expiry of your 12-month course.
- Prerequisite: Your units/assignments and culminating must be submitted before you receive scheduling instructions.
- Schedule: On-site final exams at our Markham office are held at the end of each term. In-person final exams at our approved
- proctor centers or online final exam dates may be arranged with 2 weeks’ prior notice.
- Grading: Final test results take 3–5 business days to process.
In-Person Proctoring
Final exams can be written at our Markham campus at the end of each term, or at an approved proctor center with prior request. CNA partners with proctor networks in major cities including Toronto, Vancouver, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Seoul, Ho Chi Minh City, and Dubai. Additional locations available upon request.
Online Exam Environment and Rules

- times.
- Restrictions: No headphones, earphones, smartphones other than the device used to access the proctored Zoom meeting, or
- unapproved outside materials are allowed during the test session.
